We provide those first responders with the skills and tactics necessary to make a difference in the first critical minutes. This class covers rapid deployment, weapons and equipment, breaching, and room entry.

Armored Vehicle Tactics Operator Course

It is common for law enforcement agencies to require documented training in tactics and equipment they use, especially with lifesaving equipment. However, few officers are given documented training in the use of armored vehicles. This course provides students with the proven tactics and techniques that better utilize the advantages of armored vehicles in the dangerous environment with which they operate, such as SWAT situations, High Risks Warrants, Active Shooter, and Crowd Control.

Combat Medicine for Law Enforcement Operator Course

Police officers are often first on the scene of traumatic injuries. They are often the first victim in a felonious assault on a peace officer. At some point in their career 75% of peace officers will be on the scene of a seriously injured fellow officer prior to the arrival of civilian emergency medical services. Fire department personnel and civilian emergency medical personnel generally lack the self-defense mindset and techniques to respond to a scene where they may be the intentional target of assault. This course adapts lessons learned in the military experience of Tactical Combat Casualty Care and translates this into contemporary law enforcement rescue practices.

Controlled Structure Searching Operator Course

Tactical officers are sometimes faced with a mission to enter and search buildings for a suspect(s) who may or may not be inside. While facing unknown obstacles and potential ambushes, training and use of all available resources could be the difference between a successful operation and one with a tragic ending.

Critical Incident Command Operator Course

Make the right decisions at critical moments. The Critical Incident Command and Tactical Decision-Making/2-Day Course will teach field supervisors and tactical and incident commanders the basics on how to confidently make the right decisions at critical times and make them in seconds in major violent incidents and natural disaster evacuations where people are at risk, based on case law and ethics.

Emergency Response to an Armed Intruder

The course is designed to maximize the efforts between the general public, law enforcement and on-scene security forces, to afford the best chance of survival and minimizing casualties. This curriculum focuses on active shooter profiles, re-evaluating firearms (if applicable) tactical training, better equipment, police response and what to expect. It also addresses the legal responsibilities when dealing with an active shooter, as well as choices for evacuation, first aid and engaging the shooter. The objective of this course is to train on-scene security personnel (armed or un-armed) in the initial actions to make a difference and potentially save lives in the crucial 3 to 4 minutes before police can arrive.

Tactical teams are trained to resolve and defuse dangerous situations with a minimum amount of force. However, in a hostage situation they must be prepared to force entry into a stronghold and engage in lethal combat if a tactical intervention is necessary to save lives.

Less Lethal Instructor: OC & Monadnock® Defensive Tactics System

Using a comprehensive learning and dynamic hands-on curriculum, first responders will learn to combine the practicality and effectiveness of OC aerosol projectors and valuable defensive tactics using their personal weapons (hands, elbows, knees and feet) in direct and/or transitional ways for overcoming subject resistance and establishing control over them for handcuffing.

Patrol Rifle Instructor Course

Rapid fire, accuracy and effectiveness are vital to officers in the field. This course emphasizes the possibilities of modern patrol rifle applications.
